JIOSWM MAIN FAMILY

JIOSWM MAIN FAMILY

Mass Media Department
(2008-2014)

One of my greatest achievements in life is to be accepted to fulfill a divine job in one of the world’s most recognized Church – Jesus Is Our Shield Worldwide Ministries (Miracle Hour.)  Here, I had found the fulfillment of my dream since childhood days that is to serve the Lord Fulltime in His ministry.

I have enjoyed every single minute of my years as a part of mass media ministry and will forever cherish the memories and friendships I have made. I will be forever grateful for the kindness and support you people of God have shown to me through the years. JIOSWM – Main has been a wonderful place to work, and my co-workers are like family to me. I have enjoyed working with everyone and have learned a great deal.  I wish you and the rest of my team the very best for your future until the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I’ve been a Christian for 24 years now and through my walk with the Lord Jesus Christ, there were times in my life where I wasn't faithful in my walk with Him. I found myself given into temptation and I have backslidden because I was weak, but have soon as I focus all my strength and mind on Him, He made me stronger because He is truly stronger. Thank you, Lord.  I will be back…

HUMOR-TITHING JOKE

I READ THIS IN AN INTERNET (pinoy exchange)…

MAN 1:

btw, when you give to the Lord papaano yun, ang hatian?

MAN 2:

--

ISA LANG ANG MAIRE-RESPONSE KO, THIS HUMOR-TITHING JOKE…

Two men were marooned on an Island.
One man paced back and forth worried and scared
while the other man sat back and was sunning himself.
The first man said to the second man,
"aren’t you afraid we are about to die?"
"No," said the second man, "I make $100,000 a week
and tithe faithfully to my church every week.
My Pastor will find me."

Learnings:

HAVE A GREAT WEEK AHEAD!  IT’S GOING TO BE A GLORIOUS DAY!  GO CREATE SOMETHING MAGICAL…

ADVANCE HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY DEAR BESTFRIEND...

I Love You so much Beyb.

While I am typing this, my heart broke into pieces.  Pieces that I don't know if it will be perfect whole again.
I knew that one of my major decision breaks your heart.  Decision that only me can truly understand.
I want to move away, far away so I can see my self again and to be in love once more to my calling.
It's your birthday, but it's me, taking the seat of selfishness.

ENJOY MO LANG ANG LIFE. WAG KANG MASYADONG MAGPAKADEEP AT EMO. HAPPY LANG.

Great day readers!

Every day, we are bombarded by different statement in social network sites; some can ruin your simple mind, some can encourage your simple heart.  What amazed me, there are some (not so few) people who devotes their fingers to type words; word comes from their heart to express God’s love, to share His perfect will to everyone and to tell to all, “We are a child of God, entitled to be a part of His kingdom.”

One time in July of this year, I tried to open my sis’ fb. While browsing, I was surprised for the insights and understanding of this particular person. His name is LIO (Lio! Lio! Lio!)  Today, I want to share to all of you “the TEN inspiring passage” I collected in his fb…

“WE ARE what we choose to be - enRICH yourself by looking and doing the vast opportunity of life.”

“We are all common and We all have senses but not everyone make use of their common sense.”

“In life, some success is measure through income, rank and file or medals and trophy. But this week while helping people to move from being spender to saver, saver to investor and investor to entrepreneur, I learned that the sweetest success is able to see the comfort and smile of people you were able to help - IT IS PRICELESS.”

THIS IS THE FIRST VERSE I MEMORIZED, MEDITATED AND MOMENTARILY EXPERIENCED. BUT GOD WILL NEVER FORSAKEN US. WHATEVER HAPPENS, NO MATTER WHAT, WE ARE LOVE BY GOD. LET US ACCEPT OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST AS OUR SAVIOR, OUR WAY AND OUR LIFE. THE MAN BEHIND MY STRENGTH , MY LOVE AND MY COMPASSION - JESUS CHRIST (ayeeh! My greatest favorite of Lio’s posts.)

(yeah!go sa go ako diyan!)

While having a conversation with my brother Ino regarding paper works on our personal transaction. I told him this line which he thinks would be beneficial to all, so he told me to post this one and here it is - BE A PROBLEM SOLVER NOT A PROBLEM WORRIER.

We are fighting a harder fight... a war against poverty & mismanagement of money. Together, let's educate the WORLD! (wow, exciting!)

Three Important consideration for a lifetime partner:
1) A God fearing Man/ Woman
2) Good Provider (Financially and Time)
3) Commitment

Mom holding hands with his son at the jeep. I smile at him and he smile back, his mom smile back to me too.  Smile is very powerful. It could change the day to a better one. SMILE even if your world is failing you coz one day your world would SMILE back at you :)

Pray for all people who are searching and starting anew, for those who find and seek their path, for all those who is fulfilling and for those who have achieved their success. (Let’s be an Intercessor)

LIO, THANK YOU SO MUCH. YOU INSPIRE US SO MUCH.

We are in a blissful day!

THANK YOU, LIO

Friend "Lio,"

Today is one of your great day.
For being you, for being a daily blessing to fb world,

Just want to send my compliments;
You are vibrant in your uniqueness.

You are forever blessed!

Thank you and have a blissful day:)

THE ONE REASON FOR QUITTING I'LL NEVER BE MAD ABOUT

We've hired just over 60 people in my company's history. Today, we're at 50 and still hiring. But as the math suggests, at least 10 of my employees have left or been asked to leave.

The first loss was the most difficult. We let our very first employee go due to poor performance. Each subsequent firing hurt my soul a little less, as I learned to couch things in my mind in terms of what would help the rest of the team when I was confronted with the shocked look on the face of anyone who's just been told he's no longer got a job. But it still sucked.
Then, when we were perhaps a dozen people, a brilliant programmer of ours sat us (the founders) down one morning and said he was quitting. Initially, I was stunned. You can't fireus! Losing him would put us in a bind, as we had product to build and competitors to stay ahead of.
Then he told us his reason: "I've been dreaming of starting my own company, and a friend and I have finally decided to do it." That changed everything. Not only could I no longer bring myself to try to persuade him to stay, but I also no longer wanted him to stay. How could we encourage someone to not do the very thing that we did ourselves that had brought us so much fulfillment?
After we said our goodbyes, and he started his startup, I realized that in a way this was exactly the kind of employee we wanted: entrepreneurial, hungry. It seemed to be part of our DNA, because nearly every one of the other employees who have quit on us since did so to build something: a school, a startup, a team. It occurred to me that if we wanted to cultivate a company that rewarded the kind of thinking that leads to breakthroughs, we'd have to understand that some of our employees would be driven enough to eventually want to do their own thing. And that had to be all right with us.
Now, I'm not saying that I want my employees to start companies and quit. What I am saying is that I'm not distressed when I learn that an employee has a side project. Nor will I be mad if after a couple of years of working with us (and hopefully learning a lot!) she says, "I'm turning my side project into a company." In fact, I think it's inevitable.
If the reason you're quitting has something to do with the company or environment we've built, then I want to talk about it, make things right. We hire carefully and hate to lose great people. But if the reason you're quitting has something to do with a dream you want to build, then there's no discussion necessary. Other than, perhaps, "How can we help?"

OUR PRAYER FOR TODAY

Let’s Pray:
Heavenly Father, I come to You today and humbly ask Your forgiveness for all of the times that I’ve taken my burdens to others instead of bringing them to You.  Help me to turn to You first when problems come my way. Please blanket my heart with your peace and give me strength for today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

THE SON IS THE SUN OF OUR LIVES

To reflect the light of God’s presence in a dark and damaged world, we have to stay close to the source: the Son. The more we let his light shine into our eyes and reflect into the eyes of others, the more we become like him. “And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit” (2 Corinthians 3:18).

Let’s be keepers of God’s light—ensuring that the light of his love burns
brightly. We can also reflect that light into the lives of others. It only
takes a small beacon of light to dispel the darkness.
