LORD, HELP ME

 Lord, take this mental clutter, the overthinking, the what-ifs, and the emotional leftovers 1 keep recycling.

Clear my mind, calm my heart, and help me stop carrying things I was never meant to hold. Light up my path even just the next step is enough and keep the fire in me alive, especially on the days when I feel burnt out.

Heal the stuff I don't talk about, the old wounds i pretend don't bother me anymore. And if I can't forget what hurt me, at least help me stop reliving it. 

I'm not trying to be perfect— just want peace, clarity, and the strength to keep showing up. One day, one step one deep breath at a time.

GOD'S GOT YOU

 Imagine JESUS sitting right next to you, saying this to you:

“I never send you in a situation alone. I go before you. I stand beside you. I walk behind you. 

No matter what you’re facing in life, don’t let go of my hand.”

The bible says in Matthew 6:34, “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of it’s own.”

So stop worrying, GOD’s got you, okay?!

SCREENTIME

 I’m a screen time mom.

Not a guilty one.

Not an apologetic one.

Just a doing what works for us kind of mom.

Because sometimes I need 30 minutes to clean…

Or cry.

Or cook.

Or shower.

Or just breathe.

And if Miss Rachel, Bluey, or a talking pig helps make that possible?

Then THANK YOU, screen time.

You don’t need a gold star for limiting it.

And I don’t need shame for using it.

My kids are loved.

My kids are learning.

If screen time helps me stay sane while raising tiny humans…
