DEAR YOU

The one whom I treated as a good vibe bestfriend. In the first place, I opened to you my heart by confessing that I love you (through email) and you replied with a laugh.

For the five years of friendship, I keep on loving you without your knowing. Though I push you to a lot of women, it just means that I wanted you to find the one whom your soul loves. I wanted you to be happy. I’m happy doing that too, but at the end of the day, it causes my heart so many aches for I love with no return. I felt my heart is yearning for reciprocation.

Now I decided to heal my heart by ending our friendship. That was the reason why I unfriend you in fb and block you at messenger. Don’t get hurt but please understand my feelings behind this letter. Allow me to move on. Moving on will never happen as long the closeness of friendship is alive.

It was a shameful thing for a woman to confess love to a male bestfriend but it’s more shameful if is suddenly ignore you without these words.

Just leave naturally – with a cool and smiling face. Just leave confidently – believing everything will be fine.

Farewell, my love. Pleased to see you grow into what you are now. But it seems you no longer require my presence. Thus, I now must stop my journey here.

God Bless YOU..

ISAIAH 4:31

But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength;
“THEY SHALL SOAR WITH WINGS LIKE EAGLES”
(It’s wonderful when you are SOARING coz everybody looks up on you)
“THEY SHALL RUN AND NOT BE WEARY”
(There’s also a season when you are RUNNING and everybody is clapping)
“THEY SHALL WALK AND NOT FAINT”
(But nobody cheers WALKERS, it’s not exciting coz nobody claps, but satan is scared when we WALK with God daily.)

Are you walking with God? What hinders your walk? A lot of us have become event oriented: nangyari on a Sunday, Prayer Meeting, Camp Meetings, even looking forward for another glorious Church Anniversary, but it’s the daily walk with God, satan is scared..

God Bless Us..

TO THE LADY WHO HAS A LOT OF FEAR

TO YOU WHO FEARS TO BE BETRAYED, you who were cheated once or twice, left hanging and rejected know that you are love by God. You are not alone; know that you are more than enough and that there are still people who stayed and love you for who you are. Cheer up!

TO YOU WHO FEARS TO FAIL. Your mistakes and failures don’t determine your identity, they determine your strength. Never be afraid. Keep on trying. Keep on soaring. Keep on dreaming. Your failures make you better, so try again!

TO YOU WHO FEARS TO BE HURT. Pain is normal and inevitable. Don’t be afraid to be wounded. Your scars are beautiful; it shows how strong you are as a woman!

TO YOU WHO FEARS TO LOVE AGAIN. Wait on God. Be secured in the Lord. Don’t rush to be healed; don’t rush in love too soon. Wait until you are completely recovered from the past. Love yourself first. Love God first then you will understand deeply what it means to love again.

Do not fear, look at the sun! Fix your eyes on Jesus, the Source, your Healer, your Redeemer and Savior. Cling to Him and be changed by Him everyday!

Break free! Free yourself from fear, strong women take risks! You are not alone. You are loved. You are extra-ordinary.

To end this, be a Proverbs 31 noble woman..
“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come. She speaks with wisdom and faithful instruction is on her tongue. Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all.”

God Bless Us..

COURAGE IT IS

Enough of the stereotypes on people hustling to be rich. What’s so wrong with zeroes in your bank account and achieving your dreams? Burn… Stop the namecalling that entreps are “mukhang pera, kuripot, mayabang.” The key word is balance. Can you not become rich and happy, good, well-balanced, high-spirited and faithful?

What’s so wrong with being determined and focused to become a great trader, a profitable entrep, a consistent founder who delivers. What if that is your core thing. What if that is what God is telling you to be. What if that is what you will bless the world with. What if that is what’s fueling you to live. These people work hard that their earnings are more than sufficient for them. These people don’t depend on other people and they mind and care about their own business. These people are materially blessed that they can help other people in need coz money helps.

Why do we shun away from success as if were putting people inside a box of our own personal views. Let them be. Don’t you think this world has become amazing with creative innovations that only crazy entreps have conceived in their minds. They have gone beyond mediocrity and comfort zones. They can’t be stopped. We can’t be stopped. Why stop at being amazing.

Go! Rack the world with your dreams! Fight for your passion! Don’t let people stop you because you’re unstoppable. Take care of few people who stand by you and believe in you. And when no one else does, stand up and live again. Live the life of peace, happiness and adventure while we do have our own yardsticks of success. Let no one define success for you. Create it!

Maybe that is the reason why multi-millionaires are few, coz only a few dared to take the path.

FOREX

I may not be the right person to discuss about this but I firmly believe that Forex should be part of your portfolio. I strongly believe that BSP must spearhead initiatives to regulate and allow the industry to grow. I may not know everything about it, since I’m just one among thousands of retail traders risking in this ruthless market, but it’s beyond what it seems. It’s a fusion of economics, of charts, of dynamic changes. To become global macro trader is a dream. 2016 left me with beautiful memory – a simple house in Lucban, Quezon and two small businesses – all from humble earnings as newbie.

2017 is about creating new memories and I hope you give it a try and seek earnings potential from this. Again, my knowledge on this is also limited. Every night we chat via facebook and whatsapp and it’s been fun. I’ve got my share of losses, mistakes, and lessons I’ll carry with me. Iniyakan ko ito noong month of May 2016. Sabagay, iyakin naman talaga ako.

Stocks could always be my first love, but maybe your first love may not be the one you end up with. Therefore. I ended up with two – Stocks + Forex.

I honor all veteran traders who are making killing in this kind of market. I hope someday I could also be as great as you guys are.

HOW TO GET STARTED IN STOCK TRADING

1.Open a Stock Trading Account. Utrade ata is 2500 na lang minimum, but for you to maximize efforts, capitalize lang unless you can compound the money.

2.Indics ko, honestly minsan candlesticks na lang if price action lang. Marami na ngayon strat na kilala. Sabi nga sa indics at strats, bakit di tayo lahat magaling at mayaman? Aralin and try niyo apply yung mga AOTS, ZS, Swag, Ichimoku, Darvas Box, etc.

3.Trade, Trade, Trade. Repeat lang the process and devote time learning.

4.Pag Trading hours, wala na time masyado to chat, lurk sa fb groups, etc. depends sa play. If
momentum or position naka-depende ang pag-chika at pangungulit araw-araw sa sobrang
gulong social media ng stocks trading ng Pilipinas.

5.Kailangang kumita. Iyan ang pinaka-importante. Walang kita, walang pagkain. If trading for a
living hanap mo, guess you have to look for other sources of income like business or work and
that’s fine. Money is money no matter how you earn it.

6.Jot down lessons and learn from them.

Anu-ano ang mga advantage kapag nag-invest sa Mutual Fund??
-Affordability. P5,000 minimum initial investment.
-High Potential Earnings. Average na 6-20+% earnings kada taon.
-Professional Fund Management. Full-time, skilled and professional portfolio managers ang in-charge para mag-manage ng pondo ng mga investors.

-Liquidity. Withdraw or redeem your shares anytime you want.
-Safety and Regulation.

Be a true entrepreneur or investor in the big market.

FAQ’S ABOUT MUTUAL FUND INVESTMENTS

What are Mutual Funds?

To start with, there are what we call Mutual Fund Companies, some examples are the following:
1.Philam Asset Management, Inc. (PAMI)
2.Philequity Management, Inc. (PEMI)
3.ATRAM (Former ATR KimEng)
4.SOLDIVO FUNDS
5.Sun Life Asset Management Co. Inc.

At marami pang iba..

Each of these companies offer/sell a range of their Mutual Fund investments to us/to you. If you buy now one or several of these, that’s the time that you say something like: “May Mutual Funds ako!” or “Nag-Invest ako sa Mutual Funds.”

Mutual Fund investments are actually “pooled funds”. They are pooled or pinagsama-sama together para makabuo ng mas malaki or mas strategic na fund which is then further invested in different financial instruments (such as stocks, equity, bonds, commercial papers, fixed income, etc.)

Question: Sinong nagpu-pool at nagi-invest ng pooled funds?
Answer: Eh di yung Mutual Fund Company which you have chosen to get one or several products from. Specifically yung tinatawag nila na Fund Managers nila.

Question: Are they legit companies?
Answer: Mutual Funds are legitimate financial institutions and are highly regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (and the PSE to a certain extent.) Another way of saying that, Mutual Funds are (very) legal – they are specially designed/composed for the “average investors.”

Note: Mutual Funds are not “fixed-income/rate” instruments (e.g. savings account, time deposit, special deposit.) They are subject to the volatilities of the stock market. They offer potentially higher returns with relatively higher potential risks than fixed-income structures.

Question: How do we make use of them as financial instruments?
Answer: Dahil “pooled” nga, you can now have a chance to participate in the stock market and other more sophisticated investments kahit maliit lang ang pera mo (usually, entry capital can be as low as P10k to even P5k lang – para ka lang bumili ng mumurahing cellphone.)

Owning or Investing in a Mutual Fund is Recommended by Experts in the following scenarios:
1.Pag di ka naman well-versed sa stocks or equities and you do not have (yet) the proper (skills, attitude, and time) tulad ng mga professional investors – or kung wala ka namang interes para magpakadalubhasa sa area na ito, but you really feel that you need to be part of higher-yielding investment vehicles so that you can out-pace inflation, as you move towards your life’s investment objectives (ang hirap kayang humabol pag naiwan ka na diba?)
Note:Of course, you should at least know the basics man lang di ba? Do your own research! Better yet, be part of group who has trained financial mentors.

2.Pag maliit lang ang naka-allocate mong pera for “riskier” investments or di mo pa kaya emotionally maglagay ng malaki dahil natatakot kang malugi (at di mo pa nare-realize na sa Opportunity to Earn ka dapat naka-focus at hindi sa potential losses.)

3.Pag “Long-Term” (5 years and up) ang investment objectives mo – e.g. retirement/pension, health and medical needs**, college education ng mga anak mo (pamangkin, inaanak, etc), pondo para sa pangarap mong luxury cruise, etc.)

**You should also have a Long-Term Care (LTC) investment na dapa ka-tandem ng short-term healthcare plan which is provided by your company (while you are employed lang, pano pag hindi na?)

Question: Paano ako kikita?
Answer: Through Capital Gains or pag nag-appreciate yung value ng shares mo.

Example: Kung bumili ka ng 500 shares at P10/share last year (so, worth P5,000 iyon) tapos this year, naging P15/share na, so may P7,500 kana na puwedeng ibenta (or sell, redeem, cash in, parepareho lang yan). Therefore, meron kang 50% gain equivalent to P2,500. Example lang to kapatid pero this is very possible.

Or through Accumulation of Shares sa pamamagitan ng consistent buying of additional shares (think of it as para kang naghuhulog lang sa bangko every month or quarter) – this second approach is what experts call Cost Averaging Method.

Question: Para ba silang mga Insurance Company (yung mutual fund companies?)
Answer: Insurance Companies offer products (Insurance Products) that serve as “Protection” while Mutual Fund companies offer pooled funds (mutual funds) that serve as “Investment.”

At any rate, both Protection and Investment are critical building-blocks in establishing a Solid Financial Foundation – parang Offense and Defense, Left and Right, Day and Night lang iyan, magkaiba pero parehong mahalaga. Delikado pag wala ang isa sa kanila.

Question: May mga pagpipilian pa ba (choices?)
Answer: Sa Mutual Funds, you have the power to choose from amongst the products that they offer. Generally, 3 main types lang iyan, iba’t iba lang ang tawag nila –
(a)Equity/Stock Fund,
(2)Fixed-Income/Bond-Fund
(3)Balanced Fund (a blend of Equity and Bond funds)

Question: Kelangan ko bang bantayan lagi ang investment ko? (baka mapuyat ako)
Answer: The Fund Manager (and a team of qualified professionals) will generally do that for you – yaan mong sila ang magpuyat, trabaho nila yun. Monitor mo lang din siyempre ang pondo mo (pera mo yun eh, kelangan subaybayan mo diba.) Make it grow (by accumulating more shares on a regular basis) and Stick to your Investment Plans and Goals (or the reason/s why you did invest in the first place). The rest is victory!

HOW TO DETERMINE WHICH MUTUAL FUND IS BEST FOR ME?

Age: The earlier you start investing, you have a much longer investment horizon and longer time to prepare for your financial goals.
Time Horizon: Know your short, medium and long-term goals and needs. There are mutual funds that can match these various timelines.
Risk Tolerance: There are mutual funds that range from conservative to aggressive. This refers to the level of risk associated with each product type based on where the pooled funds are invested.

Source Of Cash Flow: If you have a regular source of income, you can also commit to a regular investment plan. If this is not the case, you may need to exercise greater prudence in investing and consider your need for steady sources of cash during lean months.

WHAT IS A MUTUAL FUND?

1.A Mutual Fund is a trust that pools the savings of a number of investors who share a common financial goal.
2.The money collected through Mutual Fund is then invested in shares, debentures and other securities depending upon the type of Mutual Fund.
3.The income earned through these investments and the capital appreciation are shared by you and other unit holders in proportion to the number of units owned by each of you.

4.It offers an opportunity for you to invest in a diversified, professionally managed basket of Securities at a relatively low cost.

EQUITY MUTUAL FUND

MUTUAL FUNDS VS. STOCK MARKET

You make your own rules. Ikaw ang bahala sa kung magkano ipopondo mo at kung saan mo ito ii-invest. Kung ihahalintulad sa biyahe, you drive your own car and you plan your own route para makarating sa pupuntahan mo. Investing on financial education plays an important role.

SUCCESFUL WOMEN TRADERS

1.Ingeborg Mootz: Never too late to start. Ingeborg Mootz is a millionaire, but she hasn’t always been. In fact, until about 15 years ago, she was an unremarkable old widow. Now she is one of the most well-known people in Germany. The crazy story about Ingeborg Mootz is that she only started trading at the age of 83! Within 8 years she made 500 000 Euros at the stock exchange. Now, at the age of 93, she has been more successful than most traders, even those who started young. She wrote a book detailing her success, in which she shares her experience and knowledge to help others succeed like her.

2.Kathy Lien: Kathy Lien is one of the most successful Forex traders around. Not only has she made loads of money, she is also one of the most well respected writers and authors about Forex trading. She writes for numerous high profile websites, and has published the book ‘High Profits in High Heels. Secrets from Today’s Top Women Traders.’ Many men and women look to her for advice on how to become a successful Forex trader.

3.Geraldine Weiss: Geraldine Weiss is remarkable for having made a splash in the financial industry long before our modern day’s accessibility. No investment firm was interested in hiring her as more than a secretary, despite having learned about investing from youth. She had listened to her parent’s conversations and read books, before studying business and finance in college. Instead of giving up, she started an investment newsletter in 1966, at the age of 40. She did not reveal that she was a woman until achieving consistent success, and breaking through the gender barrier.

4.Abigail Johnson: Born into a family with a firm place in the investment industry, Abigail Johnson is now a billionaire. Her grandfather founded Fidelity Investments and her father served as Chairman. But Abigail made her own way, being put in charge of one of the largest mutual fund companies. Abigail earned this honor – despite her family’s reputation, no one would put anyone but the best in charge of a Company with nearly 3.5 trillion US dollar in assets under administration, and 1.5 trillion US dollar in assets under management.

5.Linda Bradford Raschke: Linda Raschke began her trading career in the nearly 1980’s. Again, this was before anyone could trade from the comfort of their own homes. She had to brave the very male and often misogynistic industry, and succeeded as becoming one of the most well-respected Professional traders. She is president of two financial firms that bear her initials – LBR Group, Inc. and LBR Asset Management. Raschke has also authored a book on high probability trading strategies and has lectured on trading for the Managed Futures Association and Bloomberg. Women have a proven track record at being some of the best traders and finance professionals. Now that it is easily accessible, anyone can start trading Forex now, no matter who they are. The industry is more open to diversity than it has ever been. And with the data to back it up, we hope to see more cracks in the glass ceiling the more women start to “lean in” to positions of leadership in the finance sector.

DISRUPT THE MARKET

What moves me today is that kind of embrace to the vision, that despite the fact that we all felt we are young, there’s a bright future ahead. What could possibly be the trends for 2017?

-a kind of young movement: What the old generation offers is usually a bucket of experience, history, mistakes and regrets. The enterprising millennial today has full of energy, is taking risks, bold and on the move!

-humanise: I guess, this would be how we’d move our entity this year. A kind of getting into the roots of customer experience and solving their issues. We’re in the process of find-fix and we’re looking forward.

-disrupt the market: Disrupt the organization while maybe some peeps are fixed over titles and #CEOfeels, a kind of rebranding of roles I guess is taking place. We double, triple hat, we rock the market. To rock status quo shall be theme of 2017. What’s unusual may be usual. What’s usual may be made unusual.

-rise of being the brand: Cause the product is you and me. Facebook sells me to you. You sell yourself to me via as you read and as I write we engage and embrace the “your” brand.

MY NAME IS RISK

Why you wake up with so much determination?
It’s that double D you live with every day –
Daily Discipline..
The price is the point of the sword
And our sword is that courage between my fingers and my phone.
Why you wake up looking forward to another day?
As if you didn’t die last night or so..
Found a hundred of strats that didn’t work
Finally coming back to my core
Tried resisting, questioning my own strat.
Now I’m back to who I am –
The sword says, “I fight!”
And you follow the master, the markets..
For we are only warriors living the dream
For Mama wants me to retire anytime
But no one retires from dreaming,
No one retires from living;
No one retires from becoming beyond yourself..
For who am I
Just a little poor girl trying to make money from the markets.
My capital is courage..
My business is risk.

One among the many anonymous warriors in the market.
STAY FEARLESS.

FOLLOW YOUR HEART

Scientist found out that humans decide based on what the heart says. At pressing times, it’s about finding hearts (puso ang labanan). Your heart tells you your instinct and what’s best. The heart isn’t wrong all the time. It actually makes you human and real. When you have not found that one thing that you’d die for in this lifetime, you have not lived or loved yet.

DON’T BAD MOUTH PEOPLE

Even when business relationships turn sour, don’t bad mouth people. Don’t say bad things against someone you used to work with or deal with. Why? Because we’ll never know when we would need each other. If he becomes your competitor or adversary, keep quiet. Don’t bad mouth. Don’t close doors. Shut up and stay professional. Even if you have cut ties with enterprises or business partners, learn the art of silence. Consequences has its day. That is also true in business.

PEOPLE WANT TO BE RICH BUT WHEN THEY SAW OTHERS GAIN, IT BECOMES SOCIALLY ILL

I get stabbed at the back a lot of times by the people who wanna see me falter while I try to fly with broken wings. It’s part of life and I deal with it. The good news is – we keep flying, we flap our wings and continue to fly. If we care all the time about these people we don’t care at all, it’s a waste of time. Focus on the good, let go of the bad. Nothing is forever – always remember that no matter what happens, we keep flying, we keep dreaming, we keep doing.

TELL ME YOUR HUSTLE

Challenges will try to stop you.
People will cast doubts.
You will get weary.
You will fail.

But it’s difficult to stop a person
Who is unstoppable.

Because we, alphas, hustle.
No matter what it takes.
No matter what it takes.

SOAR HIGH

There are times when you will also lose heart. Sometimes you’ll find yourself all alone fighting for a cause. There are times when you want to give up and just let your dreams die. But in your heart, even if you’re the only one left, you stand your ground and keep doing.

Because even when you’re the last man standing, remember those few people who helped you get to where you are now, and believed in you.

You cannot fail your own dreams. You cannot fail the Lord who planted dreams in your heart. Even when you’re bruised, tired and weak, you get up, because in your heart, you have committed to give your best shot.

BE EXCELLENT AMIDST THE CHAOS

Tough bosses? Be thankful for them. If you happen to be under the footage of a self-made millionaire, entrepreneur or tough bosses, be thankful no matter how evil they can get. Why? I love my sweet bosses, but to be honest, you will learn more from tough ones. They will disrupt thinking. They will push you hard. Remember, you learn from the inconvenience, challenges, frustrations and trials. You don’t become creative when everything is smooth sailing. There’s no perfect boss after all. But through intentions perfected through time, we will see beauty in adversity. It all boils down to character under pressure.

NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES

Be with people who can look into the future, for as entreps, our souls grow weary in stagnation. Be with people who are insane to believe in your idea, and not just believe – they will support you. Be with people who can think local and global. Be with people who do.

Such that hustle becomes understatement. Where will passion take you? You know what’s interesting? It’s when you’re feeling sick and you get bright ideas in the head. Some voices never stop. Some dreams never falter.

What we do here in this wall is to magnetize success and fill our hearts with energy.

It is not you who do all this. It is grace from God that empowers you. He, all throughout this journey, is the Best Business Partner of all. For if He wills it, He will take you through it.

The harder the fall, the bigger the bounce.

Keep going. Keep bouncing.
