HEALTH TIP


Breakfast: EAT LIKE A KING
Lunch: EAT LIKE A YOUNG PRINCE
Dinner: EAT LIKE A BEGGAR

Health Tip for a Healthy Sleep:
(1)Do not eat a heavy meal before sleeping. Eat more fruits and a little carbohydrates (rice, bread, pasta, sweets or potatoes)
(2)Do eat 1 banana before sleeping. Sleep for 6 hours or more. Your body will restore its balance. Your body will be cleansed from daily toxins and excess acid.

Health Tip after Eating:
(1)Do not sit down
(2)Do not lie down
(3)Do stand up for at least 5 minutes
(4)Do walk around slowly for 5 minutes
Following these will decrease acid in the stomach. They will prevent hyperacidity, gastritis, and heartburn.

Health Tip:
Drink 1-3 glasses of warm or non-cold drinking water before meals.

Health Tip:
(1)Eat 1 banana before meals.
(2)Drink 1-3 glasses of warm drinking water before meals.
(3)Walk fast daily.
