JESUS CHRIST

It’s very easy to say I believe in Jesus Christ….🙂 

But what does it really mean when you say I believe in Jesus Christ? 

Let’s see if check tayo sa 3 na to 🙂

1. You believe the DEITY OF JESUS 🙂 

Divine nature, Jesus is God. 

Jesus when He was on earth He is 100% God and at the same time 100% Man 🙂 

He needs to be a man to die ( kasi a God can’t die diba) and at the same He has to be a God for the resurrection ( kasi only God can conquer death) 

2. You believe WHAT HE DID ON THE CROSS. 

He died for our sins. We are no good in the eyes of God. We are all bound to go to hell. 

For the wages of Sin is death. Someone has to die for us, the Perfect One. He alone can do that. Thats Jesus.  

3. You believe HIS WORDS ( the scripture, the Bible) 

The whole Bible is all about Christ, from Genesis to Revelation 🙂  

When we believe His words…..we obey. This is hard because of our sinful nature, we’re in the flesh but with the help of the Holy Spirit we can. 

We still commit sin but we sin less and less. 

That’s why we need Jesus, when we put our faith in Christ as our Lord and Savior when God looks at us, He will see the righteousness in Christ in us 🙂 

So are Christians righteous? Yes! Only because we have the righteousness of Christ. 

Life is really all about Christ.
