TRUST IN THE LORD

Blessed are those whose strength is in You!

Continue to trust the Lord, whatever you’re facing today! He has been faithful to us in the past, and will continously be faithful today, tomorrow…. forever!

INVITE HIM

Have you ever doubted that God loves you? Well, this is what you need to know, "GOD IS MADLY IN LOVE WITH YOU." He made you so He could love you and you could love Him too. He loves you whether or not you think you deserve His love. There is nothing you can do that will make Him stop loving you.

Invite Him in your heart right now.

ONE OF MY CHILDHOOD MEMORIES

PARA SA MGA BATANG GEN Z....

The story centers around a poor teenage girl, Shancai (Barbie Hsu), who at the insistence of her parents goes to a school for rich people. The school is dominated by Daoming Si (Jerry Yan), Huaze Lei (Vic Chou), Meizuo (Vanness Wu) and Ximen (Ken Chu)—four rich, handsome but arrogant students collectively known as the 'F4', short for 'Flower 4'. They are heirs to four rich and influential families in Taiwan. They terrorize the school by handing out red cards to those they do not like, which allows other students to bully the victims until they leave the school.

After one of Shancai's friends receives the wrath of the F4's leader, Daoming Si, she stands up to and berates him, which in turn results in a red card of her own. Shancai hates the arrogant and rude Daoming Si. Her persistence in standing up for what is right gradually gains the F4's respect and Daoming Si starts to fall for her. Shancai is attracted to the silent Huaze Lei in the beginning. But Daoming Si's constant yet annoying efforts has her question her feelings for both Huaze Lei and Daoming Si.

Later in the series, Daoming Si's mother comes to Taiwan. She instantly dislikes Shancai because of her poor background. Both Daoming Si and Shancai face hurdles his mother throws their way to separate them. Though Shancai does not profess her love for him yet, Daoming Si remains determined. The series shows the journey of Daoming Si and Shancai's feelings for one another.

THANK YOU LORD

Panginoon, tulungan N’yo po kaming maging mapagpasalamat sa lahat ng Iyong ipinagkakaloob sa amin.

PSALM 103:1-5

 FORGET NOT ALL HIS BENEFITS!

Enjoy it, thank God for it and share it.

Bless the Lord, O my soul;

And all that is within me, bless His holy name!

Bless the Lord, O my soul,

And forget not all His benefits:

Who forgives all your iniquities,

Who heals all your diseases,

Who redeems your life from destruction,

Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. -PSALM 103:1-5

Thank you for your love and prayers to us.

▫️Apostle Renato D. Carillo

I HAVE LEARNT

..that being who you are isn’t straightforward. We are complicated, contradictory beings, and we don’t always make sense (some of us rarely make sense), but accepting that about ourselves is the biggest step toward happiness.

SALAMAT PO PANGINOON

Panginoon, maraming salamat po dahil minamahal Ninyo ako kahit pa makasalanan ako. Salamat po dahil kahit wala akong maipagmamalaki, minamahal N’yo pa rin ako.

NO ONE

no one can separate us from the Love of God. no matter what satan does against us or how difficult the path we face, none of these can take us away from God. nothing can separate us from Him. God's love will never leave us. He will protect us. the only way we can be separated from His love is if we choose to sin & this is something we must never allow to happen.

-Apostle Renato D. Carillo

PHILIPPIANS 4:13

""𝐼 𝑐𝑎𝑛 𝑑𝑜 𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑟𝑜𝑢𝑔ℎ ℎ𝑖𝑚 𝑤ℎ𝑜 𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑛𝑔𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑛𝑠 𝑚𝑒."" (𝑃ℎ𝑖𝑙𝑖𝑝𝑝𝑖𝑎𝑛𝑠 4:13 𝐸𝑆𝑉)

For sure, you've quoted this verse before. Baka nga favorite verse mo rin 'yan. But contrary to common interpretation, HINDI totoong kaya nating gawin ang lahat ng bagay. ❌

Yes, you read that right. Philippians 4:13 doesn't give us license to claim na magagawa natin ang lahat ng iisipin o pipilitin nating gawin.

Because in context, these are the things Paul was referring to when he said he can do ""all things""---

1️⃣ being content whatever the circumstances

2️⃣ enduring any and every situation

IT IS ABOUT CHRIST

Some days, love is easy. Other days, it feels impossible. It’s challenging when someone hurts you, when trust is broken, or when it feels like they don’t deserve your love.

But love isn’t about who deserves it—it’s about who Christ is. He showed us how to love, even when it’s hard.

BEING INLOVE

love is not for the faint of heart. it's not the romanticized version we're fed but something more brutal & honest.

it's standing infront of someone with all your wounds exposed, knowing they see every scar, every broken piece & still they stay.

being inlove doesn't come without pain. it's earned in the moments when you want to walk away, when you weight of it all feels too heavy but you choose to stay.

it knows that love isn't about finding someone who makes you whole but about finding someone who sees you as you are & holds space for you to heal, grow & become more than you ever thought you could be.

love is messy & uncomfortable. it's where you find out what you're really made of & what you're really willing to fight.

there's a kind of experience that can't be taught, only approached with caution.

it's about showing up daily, saying, "this is who i choose again & again, and..

forever YOU🤍

IT WILL WORK OUT

when the love is right & the person is right, it will work out. trust that. believe that. stop doubting yourself & questioning your self worth. if someone is making you feel that you are less than worthy then that is not the right person for you. you deserved to feel loved & adored just the way you are.

THERE WAS A REASON

you cannot force something in your life. if something is right, you will never have to wonder. you won't feel lost, you won't feel conflicted. what is right for you will stay. you won't have to chase it, you won't have to mend it. you won't have to bend backward to make it fit your life. when something is right, it will bring peace.

there was a reason for those pieces thas so pain - fully did not fit in your life. there is always a reason, i promise you.

one day, you will be thankful that the very same thing you wished so hard to had in your life did not work out.

I AM PROUD OF YOU

Just in case no one has told you this today, i'm so proud of you & everything you have endured & achieved. i hope you know how worthy you are & how much you bring to the world.

i'm proud of you for not giving up no matter how many times you've wanted to. i'm proud of you for choosing to keep going. i'm proud of you for continuing to show up each day despite what you have been through.

i'm proud of you for taking steps to better yourself & your life lately & for finally showing you're just how much you are capable of.

your strength & courage is inspiring & you should be proud of yourself, too.

MOM

Toni Gonzaga: “A lot of families exist today because the mom chose to forgive. Parang while going through the storm wag mong i-analyze kasi sa kakaisip at kakaisip mo lalo kang malulugmok at made-depress. Basta ang goal is malampasan ko to.”

A mother’s role in the family is incredibly powerful. Many families thrive because of a mother’s resilience. But I also think it’s unfair to expect moms to always stay strong, no matter what. Moms are not superhuman—they’re people with limits, too.

If a mom “burns out,” it’s not just on her; it’s a sign the family should step up and support her. Moms shouldn’t feel like they have to carry the entire family alone. It’s a partnership, and everyone in the family has a role to play in keeping the light shining.

As a family, sometimes we just have to focus on surviving the storm. It’s not always about understanding the "why" in the moment; it’s about getting through it. But let’s also make sure moms know it’s okay to ask for help when they need it. Families are strongest when everyone works together, not when all the pressure is placed on one person.

CHILD

There are many ways to raise a child.

And there are many people who want to tell you how you should raise your child.

Some will offer their opinions when asked, but many will give unsolicited advice.

it is easy to doubt your parenting decisions when you are surrounded by people questioning your choices.

The truth is that what works for one child may not work for another child.

The truth is that what works for one mother may not work for another mother.

The truth is that every day with your child is the first day of raising your child at that age.

The truth is that NOBODY has all the answers.

What should a mother do?

𝑇𝑟𝑢𝑠𝑡 ℎ𝑒𝑟 𝑖𝑛𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑐𝑡𝑠.

In a world full of opinions, all I can do is trust my own voice and my own heart.

𝐵𝑒𝑐𝑎𝑢𝑠𝑒 𝐼 𝑘𝑛𝑜𝑤 𝑚𝑦 𝑐ℎ𝑖𝑙𝑑 𝑏𝑒𝑡𝑡𝑒𝑟 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑛 𝑎𝑛𝑦𝑜𝑛𝑒.

Will I always get it right?

No.

Will I always do what I think is best?

Yes. With every ounce of my being.

If I want guidance, I will ask.

I will stand by my choices even if others don't agree with them.

TMAD

TMAD stands for "Two Meals a Day," meaning you only eat two meals within a specific eating window each day, essentially creating a fasting period between those two meals; it's a form of intermittent fasting where you restrict your eating to a shorter window, typically around 8 hours, and fast for the remainin

How to do TMAD:

Choose your eating window:

Decide on an 8-hour period where you will eat your two meals, like 12pm-8pm.

Plan your meals:

Ensure your two meals are nutritionally balanced and include a good source of protein, healthy fats, and fiber.

Fast during non-eating window:

Avoid consuming any calories outside of your chosen eating window, except for water and unsweetened beverages.

Important points to consider:

Listen to your body:

If you experience any negative symptoms like excessive hunger, dizziness, or fatigue, adjust your eating window or consult a healthcare professional.

Hydrate well:

Drink plenty of water and unsweetened beverages during your fasting window to stay hydrated.

KIDNEY

"KUNG ALAM KO LANG, WALA SANA AKO GA DIALYSIS 3X A WEEK" (If only I knew CKD, I am not doing Dialysis 3x a week) --- Let me share the story. Let this serve as awareness to everyone.

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a growing health crisis in the Philippines, affecting millions with little warning.

A 2022 study in revealed that CKD cases in the Philippines have risen to 35.94%, this is a SILENT KILLER. Early detection and proactive care are crucial to managing this condition effectively.

26, young and engaged to be married na sana when He was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease  Secondary to Iga Nephropathy. He is now 29, three years undergoing Dialysis 3x a week. Why?

1. Panay kain ng chichirya (snack chips) na sobrang alat. This happens everyday!

2. Para makatipid sa pera at oras, meals prepared are frozen preserved and canned goods like: hotdogs, beefloaf, cornedbeef, tocino, and chorizo.

3. Lack of awareness of healthy food choices that too much salt is bad for the kidneys.

4. Blood pressure increases at the very young age of 23 with 140/90. Then to 150/90.

5. Did not take medication maintenance for the BP kasi hindi nagpa check up.

6. Nag self medicate lang pag may maramdaman take agad ng PAIN KILLERS.

Pag mataas ang BP, kelangan agad ipa check if needed ng maintenance, if hindi ka mag medication, expect na mahihirapan ang Kidney to function. It may be too late for now, kasi once kidney fails, forever kana dadalaw sa dialysis center. Nanakawin nya ang oras mo, pera mo, at kabataan mo.

Kaya make better choices.

This is not a testimony.

But a reminder that Prevention is better than undergoing Dialysis 3x a week.

Sharing is Caring

For CKD prevention while on a high-protein diet, follow these direct steps:

1. Balance Protein Intake

 • Stick to 1.2–2.0g of protein per kg body weight (about 78–130g per day for you).

 • Avoid excessive red meat and processed meats; prioritize lean proteins (chicken, fish, tofu, eggs).

2. Stay Hydrated

 • Drink at least 2–3 liters of water daily to help kidneys filter waste from protein metabolism.

3. Limit Sodium

 • Keep sodium intake below 2,300 mg per day.

 • Choose low-sodium canned tuna and rinse it before eating.

4. Monitor Blood Pressure & Blood Sugar

 • Keep BP below 130/80 mmHg.

 • Avoid excess sugar and processed carbs to prevent diabetes risk.

5. Avoid Excessive NSAIDs & Supplements

 • Limit ibuprofen, naproxen, and unnecessary supplements that strain the kidneys.

6. Get Regular Kidney Function Tests

 • Check creatinine, eGFR, and urine protein at least once a year, especially with a high-protein diet.

7. exercise daily

chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients can exercise, but the type and intensity should be tailored to their condition and overall health. Regular physical activity can help improve cardiovascular health, muscle strength, and overall well-being. However, it’s essential to follow these guidelines:

1. Consult a Doctor First

 • Before starting an exercise program, CKD patients should get medical clearance from their nephrologist.

2. Choose Low-Impact Exercises

 • Walking (brisk or incline walking)

 • Cycling (stationary or outdoor)

 • Swimming (if allowed)

 • Yoga or stretching

 • Light resistance training (bodyweight exercises or light weights)

3. Avoid High-Risk Activities

 • High-intensity exercises that cause excessive fatigue

 • Contact sports or activities with a high risk of injury

 • Heavy weightlifting without supervision

4. Monitor Symptoms

 • Stop exercising if you feel dizzy, short of breath, excessively tired, or have chest pain.

 • Stay hydrated but follow fluid restrictions if applicable.

5. Exercise Frequency & Duration

 • 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity activity (e.g., 30 minutes, 5 times a week)

 • Start slowly and gradually increase intensity
