TURN OFF

Iyong mga taong hindi ginagamit ang wall nila sa pag-post ng Salita ng Diyos. Specially kung nakakakilala ka na sa Diyos? Nakakaturn-off ka boy, nakakaturn-off ka neng. Professing Born-Again mas lamang pa mga worldly posts kaysa mga heavenly posts. Be a good encourager not a good discourager. Baka mamaya hindi mo na pala alam pati Diyos nadi-discourage na sa iyo.

Do not wait Him to say..

“Kung makatinding na ang puno ng sangbayahan at mailapat na ang pinto, at magpasimula kayong mangagsitayo sa labas, at mangagsituktok sa pintuan, na mangagsasabi, Panginoon, buksan mo kami, at Siya’y sasagot at sasabihin sa inyo, hindi ko kayo nangakikilala kung kayo’y taga-saan.” –Luke 13:25

“At sasabihin niya, sinasabi ko sa inyo na hindi ko kayo nangakikilala kung kayo’y taga-saan; magsilayo kayo sa akin, kayong lahat na manggagawa ng kalikuan.” –Luke 13:27

MATATALIM NA TIPS SA MGA TUNAY NA KRISTIYANO

1.Huwag maging hadlang ang layo ng Church. Mas malayo ang langit yet gusto mong pumunta.

2.Hindi lahat ng magagandang preachings ay tama. Maging discerning.

3.Hindi masama mag-suggest sa ikabubuti ng Church ngunit siguraduhing isasali mo ang sarili mo sa suggestions mo.

4.Kung lumipat ka ng Church at gusto mong ipagawa sa kanila ang programa ng dating Church mo, nanggugulo ka lang.

5.Siguraduhing may kasama ka na aakyat sa langit at hindi ka mag-isa. Puwedeng hindi sabay pero at least magsama ka.

6.Iwasang umutang sa mga ka-Church mo kasi hindi ka nakakatuwa.

7.Hindi memory verse and sukatan ng maturity kundi gawin mo ito at isapamuhay.

8.Tapatan mo kahit kaunting sakripisyo ang kamatayan ng Lord. Kung malayo ang Church mo ay puntahan mo. Kung walang aircon ay mag-ambag ka. Kung matigas ang upuan, palagyan mo ng foam. Bilhan mo. Kaunting sakripisyo naman.

9.Pag may project ang Church ninyo, wag ninyong iwanan. Magsama-sama at magtulungan.

10.Kapag maganda ang spirituality mo, huwag mo ng ipagmalaki, pumapangit tuloy.

LET US MAKE OURSELF BUSY IN BUILDING A KINGDOM

I once read about a man who bought a luxurious house and filled it with expensive and impressive furnishings. After taking a friend on a tour through the mansion’s many spacious rooms, the owner asked proudly, “Well, what do you think of it?” He expected to hear lavish praise so he was stunned when his guest replied, “It is magnificent; but to be perfectly frank, things like this make a deathbed terrible.”

In the parable of the rich farmer (Luke 12:16-21) says..

“Jesus told about a man who thought riches could satisfy his soul. But God called him a fool, and said, this night your soul will be required of you; then whose will those things be which you have provided?”

If we cherish this world’s goods so much that the prospect of heaven loses its attraction, we can be sure that the earthly has become more valuable to us than the heavenly. The treasure we possess is misplaced.

Jesus said:

For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. (Matthew 6:21)

May the enjoyment of our temporal possessions never diminish the appeal of the eternal. Earth’s affluence is poverty when compared to the glories of eternal life with God.

If we live for wealth and fame, we’ll bring dishonor to Christ’s name; but truth and light will flood our soul when we pursue a heavenly goal. Invest your life in what pays eternal dividends. Invest our treasure in the Lord. And let us reach others who lives so far from us within the Gospel.

Let us make our life busy in building a kingdom that is unseen than building a mansion that we have seen. And mansion will be shaken. But a kingdom will remain still.

ITO’Y KAILANGAN KONG SABIHIN SA IYO

Ako’y may alam na isang kahangahangang bagay na kinakailangan kong sabihin sa iyo. Ito ay napakahalaga at maaaring mapabago nito ang buong kinabukasan mo tulad nang nagawa nito sa akin. Sa katunayan, ang desisyong gagawin mo tungkol dito ay parehong makakaapekto sa buhay at kamatayan.

Hayaan mong bigyang-diin ko na ang mensaheng ito ay tunay na katotohanan dahil sa sinabi ito ng Diyos. Kapag nagbibitiw ng pangako ang Diyos, ito ay maaasahan mo sapagkat kailanman ay hindi ito maaaring hindi matupad. Hindi gagawin ng Diyos na paniwalain ka sa mensaheng ito. Iyan ay sarili mong kagustuhan. Ngunit ikaw ay papanagutin niya sa dahilang narinig mo ito.

Isang napaka-personal na mensahe ito. Isang bagay na dapat mong pagpasiyahan. Dapat mong sabihin na “Gagawin ko” o  kaya naman ay “Hindi ko gagawin.”

Narito ang mensahe. Ito ay eksaktong pangungusap mula sa salita ng Diyos, ang Banal na Biblia.

“Sapagkat gayon iniibig ng Diyos ang sanlibutan, na ipinagkaloob niya ang kaniyang bugtong na isinilang na Anak, upang ang sinumang sumampalataya sa kaniya ay hindi dapat mapahamak, kundi magkaroon ng walang-hanggang buhay.” Juan 3:16

Narinig mo na ba ang mga kahanga-hangang salita? Pag-isipan mo ng ilang sandal ang sinasabi ng mga ito. Tatlong kagilagilalas na katotohanan ang ipinapahayag ng mga ito..

Una, Gayon iniibig ng Diyos ang sanlibutan..

Dahil sa nasa sanlibutan ka, ikaw ay inibig Niya. Kung hindi ito nakakagulat sa iyo, alalahanin mo na nang ikaw ay inibig ng Diyos, isang makasalanan ang inibig Niya. Sinasabi ng Biblia na lahat tayo ay nagkasala (Roma 3:23). Sasang-ayon ka kung ikaw ay isang taong tapat.

Kahit na iniibig ka ng Diyos, kinapopootan pa rin Niya ang iyong kasalanan. Dahil sa ang Diyos ay banal, nararapat na parusahan Niya ang kasalanan. Nararapat na gumawa Siya ng banal na paraan ng pagliligtas sa mga makasalanan. Kung hindi, dapat pagbayaran ng makasalanan ang kanyang mga kasalanan, at ito ay nangangahulugan ng pagpapalipas ng buhay na walang-hanggan sa impiyerno. (Pahayag 20:15).

Ikalawa, Ipinagkaloob Niya ang Kaniyang bugtong na isinilan na Anak..

Gayon ka inibig ng Diyos kung kaya’t isinugo Niya sa lupa ang Kaniyang Anak upang maging tao at mamatay sa Krus ng Kalbaryo nang sa gayon ay maligtas ka.

Dapat na may magbayad sa parusa ng kasalanan, maaarin ikaw o isang kahalili na walang bahid ng kasalanan. Ipinagkaloob ng Diyos ang Kaniyang Anak na si JesuCristo na walang bahid ng kasalanan upang maging iyong kapalit. Ibinuhos Niya ang Kanyang Dugo nang sa gayon ay maalis ang iyong mga kasalanan, nang sa gayon ay magkaroon ka ng walang hanggang buhay.

Ikatlo, Ang sinumang sumampalataya sa Kanya ay hindi dapat mapahamak kundi magkaroon ng walang-hanggang buhay..

Pag-isipan mo ito. Ipinagkakaloob ng Diyos ang walang-hanggang buhay sa mga sumasampalataya kay JesuCristo. Natapos na ng Tagapagligtas ang gawain. Siya ay namatay. Siya ay bumangon mula sa mga patay, at Siya ay bumalik sa langit. Ngayon ang bahagi mo naman ay ang sumampalataya sa Kaniya.

Nangangahulugan ito na dapat kang sumang-ayon na ikaw ay isang makasalanan. Unawain mo na binayaran nang buo ni Cristo ang parusa para sa iyong mga kasalanan, at tanggapin Siya bilang iyong Panginoon at Tagapagligtas.

Ito ang mensaheng kailangan kong sabihin sa iyo. Ngayon, dapat kang gumawa ng desisyon. Siya ba ay tatanggapin mo o itatakwil? Sasampalataya ka ba sa Kanya o tatanggihan mo Siya? Muli mo itong pag-isipan.

“Sapagkat gayon iniibig ng Diyos ang sanlibutan, na ipinagkaloob niya ang kaniyang bugtong na isinilang na Anak, upang ang sinumang sumampalataya sa kaniya ay hindi dapat mapahamak, kundi magkaroon ng walang-hanggang buhay.” Juan 3:16

Maikli ang panahon mo sa lupa ngunit ang desisyon mo para kay Cristo ay magtatagal hanggang sa walang-hanggan. Tatanggapin mo ba si Cristo bilang Iyong Tagapagligtas at makakatiyak ka ng walang hanggang buhay?

IT’S SIMPLE TO BE SAVED

Salvation is simple but it is not cheaped.

It cost Jesus Christ everything so that salvation could be offered to us freely. God has provided salvation on a basis which makes it available to anyone who wants. If salvation could be received on the basis of education, multitudes would be excluded. If eternal life could be had on the basis of wealth, a great number would still be left out. If being saved were dependent upon a person’s moral perfection, everyone would fall short. God has made His salvation available on the basis of personal faith which even a child can exercise. This way, everyone is viewed on the same level in the eyes of God. All must come to Him on the same terms (Romans 3:9-10). Paul said, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast:” (Ephesians 2:8-9).

How simple is it to be saved?

1.It is as simple as entering a door. “I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved..” (John 10:9a).

2.It is as simple as calling for help. “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13).

3.It is as simple as coming when called. “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28).

4.It is as simple as receiving gift. “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23).

5.It is as simple as drinking water. Jesus said, “But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.” (John 4:14).

6.It is as simple as eating bread. Jesus said, “For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world. I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever.” (John 6:33, 51).

7.It is as simple as believing God. “Verily, verily I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.” (John 6:47).

Many people stumble at the simplicity of salvation. They often feel that they must do something to earn or deserve such a wonderful offer. Yes, something had to be done so that salvation could be offered to us freely, but Jesus did it all. All you must do is believe that Jesus Christ died for your sins and rose again. You then must receive Him into your heart.

Why not make that all-important decision which will transform your life and bring you into a right relationship with God? It is simple, and it works.

It’s simply up to you!

Are you willing to settle the matter of your eternal destiny? Will you do it? You can, right this moment. “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hat raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” (Romans 10:9).

If you will accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, please pray this prayer with all of your heart: Dear God, I admit I am a sinner, going to hell. I know that I cannot save myself. I repent of my sins and put my faith in the blood that you shed for me on the cross to pay for all my sins. I now accept you as my savior and trust you to take me to heaven. Thank you for saving me. Amen.

INTIMACY WITH GOD

Intimacy is being devoted to someone; a state of being intimate or close to someone. It is an essential in our relationship with God and one man in the Bible knew about it. He knows the secret of being secured in God and that man is King David.

Psalm 27:4 “One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek Him in His temple.”

David prayed earnestly to God in times of trouble. He knew that he needed God more than anything and anyone else. He sought the Lord and in the presence of God, he found His security.

Sa mga panahon na naging magulo ang lahat, sa panahon na wala na siyang makitang maganda, he sought the Lord, he sought God’s presence. He sought God’s face.

Yet God didn’t changed his situation. Because sometimes, the Lord does not change your situation because He is the business of changing your heart.

David proved how genuine his love for God is. His intimate relationship with God is what made him stronger in the times of hardship and trouble. Hindi nag-focus si David sa problema o sa sitwasyon niya. Nag-focus siya sa Diyos. He magnified God over his situation.

FOUR MARKS OF INTIMACY WITH GOD:

1.Intimacy with God as our one defining purpose in life.

Purpose means “the reason for something”. Sometimes, we use God’s power to leverage our agenda. Para makuha natin ang gusto natin, sana mas naka-focus ka sa Source kaysa sa supply.

Let everything we do, even the content of our prayers, be for His glory alone.

2.Intimacy as our defining pursuit in life.

What do you seek right now? What consumes our mind, runs our life. Are you living or are you simply existing.

No human being can complete you except God. He is the empty void in your heart. Pursue intimacy with God.

3.Intimacy as our defining pre-occupation in life.

Where do you put your security and confidence? Pag mas lumalakas yung shake, mas lalo kang kakapit sa Lord. We are seeking for a temporary solution yet God wants to solve your problem through changing your heart.

4.Intimacy as our defining passion in life.

Passion means “strong emotion.” Let your intimacy with God intensify your life. Minsan kaya hindi nakikita satin si Lord dahil in the first place, di natin inaasikaso ang relasyon natin sa Kanya. The intensity of our light depends on the relationship with God. The darker the situation, the brighter your light should be. Just be in the Source of light and let Him shine in you. Your intimacy with Christ is not just important – it is essential.

GODLY MAN VS CHRISTIAN BOY

There’s a difference between a godly man and a Christian boy. Do not settle for the lesser of the two, truth!

A godly man will pursue an honest relationship with you. He will be clear of his intentions. A godly man will worship, pray and passionately praise God with you.

A Christian boy might open the door for you. A godly man will open his Bible and explore God’s Word with you so that you both may grow spiritually, together. While a Christian boy may put on an outward show, a Godly man will live out the love of Jesus daily.
