WHO CALLS MY NAME?

As one looks at the man, he will see an unclear image of a man sitting in a small room with his two feet lay flat on the ground.

The unclear image of a man represents the confused and disappoints state of man.

The small room represents a man’s inner self, darkened by negative emotions and thoughts – complicated and burdensome, rage and dismay, grudge and insult.

The praying hands represent the way or mode by which these thoughts and feelings are expressed and revealed.

The ray of an angel’s wings shining from the back of the man symbolizes spiritual understanding to chaos, purity and love, boldness and fearlessness.  It also represents the objects and persons that are valuable to him, things and possessions that give value to man – awareness and discernment, sincerity, power, uprightness, rectitude and morality.

The unseen image of a man represents the man’s other-self-being revealed, though revealed, there is still much unseen.

Now, let’s read this poem, and understand the mystery that lies within us…

I
In a small painted house
Inside the busy cluttered street of Washington
A gentle sound from heaven
whispered a sound of name.

II
He lives a life of busyness
For his heart is filled with dreams
Dreams which blossoms hope
And a hope –
hoping that heaven will hear his heartbeats.

III
From the lips of his faithful friends
Unto the call of his mother dear
All speaks of clarity
The real meaning behind his name.

IV
He seems alone but his name means “more.”
He felt forgotten but his name means “remembered.”
He seems loveless but his name means “admirable.”
His name is simple yet truly amazing.

V
It’s been a tiring day, more than ever before
So he thinks it’s time to lay his spinal
To calm his aching cord
And a gentle sound from heaven
Whispered a sound of name
…who calls my name? He uttered unmindful
and continued to sleep purposely.
