For 9 months, I gave my genuine friendship to this co-worker. I believe
that the friendship I gave to her was priceless. All her mistakes I admit it
was mine. All her shortcomings I admit it is I who does. In front of the boss,
she point her fingers in me to say that it wasn’t her who done the wrong
action, and I just nod my head, accepting the wrong accusation just to save
her.
It was then by the end of 2016 I decided to confront her to remind her
that true friendship is not always flattering and not all about sweet words but
also correction, so I confront her. It ends up quarrelling. At the end of the
day, I asked the Lord, “Do I need to say sorry even though the fault is really
in her? Lord, why this kind of situation keep repeating in my life? Lord,
please teach me, please teach me. Am I not a good person at all?” Tears keep
flowing. My heart was really broken. That day, I say SORRY to her. Then the
Lord came to me and comforted me, “Don’t pity yourself. I care for you. What
you do is living like Me.”
Everyone goes through hard time at some point. Life isn’t easy. Just
something to think about. Did you know the people that are strongest are
usually the most sensitive? Did you know the people exhibit the most kindness
are the first to get mistreated? Did you know the ones who take care of others
all the time are usually the ones who need care the most? Did you know the
three hardest things to say are “I love you, I’m sorry, help me?” Sometimes,
just because a person looks happy, you have to look past their smile to see how
much pain they may be in. To you my friend who are going through some issues
right now - I wanted to say that JESUS
CHRIST CARES FOR YOU.
Love,
