FOR A HEALTHY SLEEP

1.Do not eat a heavy meal before sleeping. Eat more fruits and a little carbohydrates (like rice, bread, pasta, sweets, or potatoes).

2.Do eat 1 banana before sleeping. Sleep for 6 hours or more. Your body will restore its balance. Your body will be cleansed from daily toxins and excess acid.
