ARTICLE OF FAITH

These we believe that:

1.   The Bible is the only infallible and authoritative written Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

2.   There is one God eternally exist in three persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. (Deut. 6:4, 1 John 5:7, II Cor. 13:14, Matt. 3:13-17, 28:19)

3.   We believe that man is created in the image and likeness of God, but man fell because of sin. (Rom.3:10, 5:12)

4.   Christ paid the price on the cross for the redemption of man. (John 3:16, Rom. 5:8)

5.   Man cannot save himself and that he can only be saved through faith due to the redemptive works of Christ. (Eph. 2:8-9)

6.   Through repentance and acceptance to Jesus as Lord and personal Savior, man can freely enjoy the forgiveness of God. (John 1:12, Acts 3:19)

7.   Unless a man is born again, he cannot enter the Kingdom of God. His spirit was being regenerated through the Holy Spirit. (John 3:3)

8.   Water baptism in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit and the Lord’s Supper through Holy Communion are one of the ordinances, which the Lord gave for the Church. (Matt. 28:19, 1 Cor. 11:23-26)

9.   The initial evidence that a Christian has been baptized in the Holy Spirit is speaking in tongues. (Acts 2:4, Acts, 19:6, Acts 10:44-46)

10.There are nine fruits and gifts of the Holy Spirit, which every believer of Christ should possess. (1 Cor. 12:1-11, Gal. 5:22)

11.Miracle never ceases and divine healing can be received in answer to the prayer of faith. Christ has the power to heal the sick. (Exo. 15:26, Mk. 11:22, Lk. 18:27)

12.Rapture will take place at any moment. Jesus will return immanently to take His True Church. (1 Thes.4:16-18, 1 Thes. 5:1-2, Acts 1:11,John 14:1-4)

13.Jesus Christ is God who became man, born sinless through virgin birth. He was resurrected and ascended to heaven, sitting at the right hand of the Father after His death on the cross. (Phil. 2:6-11, Heb. 1:8, Titus 2:13)

14.The method that God ordained to support His work and to spread His Word is through tithes and offerings. (Mal. 3:10, II Cor. 9:7)

15.Perfection of the Church – living like Jesus – will happen through perfect obedience to God and to His word. (Matt. 5:48, 1 Cor. 11:1, II Cor. 13:9, 11, Eph. 5:25-27, Col. 1:28, 1 Thes. 5:23-24, 1 John 2:6, 1 Peter 2:20-21, Heb. 6:2, 12:2)

16.There are five-ministry gift that God gave to the Church, and the ministry of the prophets and apostles still exist today. (Eph. 2:20, 3:5, 4:7-11, 1 Cor. 4:9, 12:28)
