DON’T BE TOO HARD ON YOURSELF


Work but when it affects your physical or mental health, take a break. Travel but when you miss the people you love, come back. Eat healthy but when you crave sweets every once in a while, get yourself some dessert. Workout but when you feel sore or you want to stay in bed all day, relax. Go out with your friends but when you feel like being alone, take a “you” time. As you grow, you would skip things for more important things at each stage.
