“I feel I am worthless, failure,
disappointment”
“I feel I am ineffective, I don’t see
any progress”
“Pabigat ako, walang pakinabang”
“Pagod na ako masaktan ng
paulit-ulit”
“Nauubusan na ako ng pag-asa, di na
ako magbabago”
“Di ko na kilala sarili ko, di naman
ako ganito dati”
“Mag-isa lang ako, no one cares,
nobody loves me and no one will ever love someone like me”
“What if hindi ko matapos, natatakot
ako!”
“What if mali ako, pagtatawanan lang
ako!”
Living under the weight of the “What
If’s” is a hard place to dwell.
Marami ang nati-trigger sa
depression. Puwedeng because of social media, problema sa school at bahay,
toxic relationships at pati kasalanan. And when people fail to come out from
this attack, some chooses to end their life.
But how do we fight depression? Try
R.I.P which stands for Rest In Peace
inyo.
Truths about Resting In Peace:
Those who come to Christ, He will
give Rest.
“Come to Me, all you who are weary
and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
Sabi ni Jesus, “COME TO ME!”
Kahit sino ka pa at anong status mo
or background mo sa buhay, Jesus invites you to come to Him and find rest.
Ang ibang Kristiyano ay iba ang
mindset. Kailangan malinis muna sila bago lumapit kay Jesus. But that is a
wrong conception. He is the solution and He will straighten out what we can’t
straighten on our own.
Just as said in Mark 2:17, “It is not
the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick, I have not come to call the
righteous, but sinners.”
